Having Problems with sound After ios6 down load, can't listen to music, iTunes or watch tv on my tv catch up apps anyone know how to fix?

Try cleaning out your headphone jack with a Q-Tip.  You may have to take some of the cotten off to make it fit.  This seems to have resolved many issues.
